"I hear selling and buying homes can be the most stressful event in your life. That was not the case. Selling my home and finding my new one was such an easy experience with Sharon and Darlene. I basically contacted Sharon, mentioned I wanted to downsize and I had found a townhouse. That day we saw the new townhouse, talked about selling my place and what the next steps were. Sharon had to go out of town and I was introduced to Darlene, the both of them never missed a step, it was like speaking to one person through the process.

I organized my place to sell with suggestions from both Sharon and Darlene, handed over the keys and left town for a week. When Sharon Maslen met and presented herself and her company to me, I was immediately impressed by the fact that Keller Williams Realty was one of the newest real estate companies, fastest growing and seemingly, very innovative, a change from the "same old, same old".
Sharon Maslen fit the bill of what Keller Williams Realty were: innovative, personable and yet most professional.  In her presentation, Ms Maslen gave me what I thought was a very accurate market value price that I should list my home. I appreciated the fact she did not give me "an unreasonable sky high price" to list my home, and later throw me into great disappointment when reality hit. As my home was empty of furniture when I was selling it, she encouraged, insisted, that I install some prints on the walls, plants in areas and the odd furniture piece, to give the home a more finished look for showing. She was "right on" with her suggestions. She is so right.
Sharon kept me informed of the homes in the area regularly, price, days on market and activity of such, with calls and e-mail examples. This was so helpful to me. Excellent service is so hard to find today. Sharon totally defies that; she is "excellent service".
What really stands out in my mind is that Sharon treated me as if I was her only client, even though I knew that she had many other clients. Very personable, and still most professional. I like that. Selling my home with Sharon was an easy and great experience for me. The next home I have to sell, I will be calling Sharon to be my Realtor.
